These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Paralysis Nutrition Weight Loss Membership (“Membership,” “Program,” “Service”) operated by Paralysis Nutrition (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or access the Membership.

1. Membership Access

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Membership content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Access is provided for the duration of your active subscription or membership term and may be revoked if these Terms are violated.

2. Payments & Billing

Membership fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis, depending on the plan selected at checkout.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.
Failed payments may result in suspended or terminated access until payment is successfully processed.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support at support@paralysisnutrition.com.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for any payments already made unless explicitly stated otherwise.


No partial refunds are issued for unused time, missed content, or early cancellation.

If a refund policy or guarantee exists, it will be clearly stated on the sales page. In the absence of such a statement, all sales are final.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the Membership — including but not limited to videos, written materials, frameworks, worksheets, templates, graphics, recordings, and downloads — is the intellectual property of Paralysis Nutrition.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or share content

Record or redistribute live sessions

Use content to create competing products or services

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination without refund and potential legal action.

5. Community Guidelines (If Applicable)

If the Membership includes a community space, you agree to:
Be respectful and professional

Not harass, spam, solicit, or promote unrelated services

Maintain confidentiality of shared discussions

We reserve the right to remove any member or content that violates community standards without refund.

6. No Guarantees & Health Disclaimer

The Membership is provided for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

While the Membership is led by a Registered Dietitian, participation does not create a provider–patient relationship and does not replace individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your physician or other qualified healthcare provider.

We do not guarantee weight loss, changes in body composition, health outcomes, or specific results of any kind. Individual results vary based on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to individual physiology, medical history, consistency, lifestyle, stress, sleep, medications, and adherence to recommendations.

Any examples, testimonials, or outcomes shared within the Membership are not guarantees of results and should not be interpreted as typical or expected outcomes.

You agree to consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any nutrition, movement, or lifestyle changes and to assume full responsibility for your health decisions and outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paralysis Nutrition shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your participation in the Membership.

Your use of the Membership is at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Membership at any time if:

These Terms are violated

Payment obligations are not met

Conduct is deemed harmful to the community or business

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

Continued use of the Membership constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
